Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Determine quality and delivery schedule.

1. QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS IN L&L FURNITURE COMPANY LIMITED

+ L&L help its clients improve the manufacturer’s performance by doing inline production (control quality from cutting component, shaping, assembling, painting) and doing final inspection before shipment.

+ Besides that, L&L also doing final inspection service for other clients that have demand to check the quality before shipment.

+ QC team of L&L have many years of experience in checking the quality furniture for residential and contract project/ hospitality.

+ L&L’s solutions and services help its clients reduce risk, improve the performance of factories to meet the challenges of product quality and work closely with factories to discover the defects soon during production process.
